New JMMC board members and tire regulations amendment
This serves to notify all that the new co-opted members to the JMMC Board following the JMMC AGM & Elections are as follows:

Section 6
Vehicle Requirements for Speed Events
Amendment 2011 – 001
Date: May 26, 2011
With immediate effect.
In regards to Article 6.1.3 l ii) and Article 6.1. 4 a) of Section 6 (Vehicle Requirements for Speed Events) of the Rules & Regulations of the JMMC.
This amendment supersedes all previously issued amendments and prescriptions addressing these articles.
“Tyres are restricted to DOT, TUV, JIS, ISO or any other international equivalent. There are no minimum requirements for the treading or grooves on competition tyres.”
