Again driving in mixed conditions, Jamaican representative Alex Powell secured a front row start tomorrow.
Rain again featured in the first two heats of Round 2 of the WSK Final Cup at the 7 Laghi International Circuit in Castelletto di Branduzzo in Pavia, Italy. Fourth place finishes in those Heats were quickly forgotten as the track dried; Alex won the third Heat, recording the fastest lap of the race in the process.
Alex will start tomorrow’s Pre-Final in P2, beside Brando Badoer of the Parolin-TM-Vega team.
