Jamaican Collin Daley Jnr, the team driver for DR Racing Kart North America will start on the fourth row in the Final for the Pro Shifter class at the 14th annual Superkarts! USA SuperNationals currently underway in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Racing in the Pro Shifter class has been very competitive this year, with Collin qualifying 17th quickest overall on Thursday, which set his starting position for the Heats.
In Friday’s Heat 1, Collin worked his was up to 10th on the penultimate lap, before dropping two places to finish 12th. Heat 2 saw a similar 12th place result.
He had better fortune in Saturday’s Heat 3, gaining eight places in the race to finish 9th. His three Heat results have earned him the 8th starting spot in Sunday’s Final, on the fourth row.
