Jamaican Junior karters Ryan Chisholm, Zander Williams and Thomas (Tommi) Gore will compete in Barbados this weekend, March 2nd & 3rd, in the final rounds of the inaugural Caribbean Junior Karting Academy Trophy. Each day of the weekend will be an event within itself, with Round 5 on Saturday and Round 6 on Sunday.
Held at the Bushy Park circuit, the Caribbean Junior Karting Academy Trophy features karters from host nation Barbados as well as Guyana and Jamaica racing over six rounds contested by racers aged from 11 to 15 at three double-headers in January, February and March.
Ryan Chisholm is the highest placed Jamaican in the points standings, currently in 3rd, with Zander in 4th and Tommi in 5th. The awards presentation will take place after the conclusion of Round 6 on Sunday.
