The Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club Competition Subcommittee (CS) reminds all Drivers taking part in the JRDC “Carnival Of Speed” event at Dover Raceway on Monday April 22nd, sanctioned under Permit # 2019-05CR, of the Anti-Alcohol Regulations of the FIA. These are contained in Appendix C of the International Sporting Code found at https://www.fia.com/file/75977/download/22721
The presence of alcohol in a Driver’s body during a Competition is prohibited.
The CS takes this opportunity to advise all Drivers that in keeping with FIA policy and 2019 mandate to all affiliates, a policy of random testing of Drivers will be in force commencing on May 25th 2019.
