A miss-timed Joker lap that trapped Jamaican Fraser McConnell behind a fellow competitor took away any chance of a podium finish at Round 4 of the RX2 International Series at Hell, Norway. He eventually finished 6th.
“Not the end to the weekend we want but still happy with the result” said Fraser via Instagarm. “We were really quick, really fast, on a super-legendary track. This car couldn’t have gone any quicker, we drove it as hard as we could, and just a late decision in the Final cost us. We will be back stronger for the next event, and thanks for watching.”
Fraser remains third in the RX2 Championship with his next RX2 International Series event in Höljes, Sweden on July 6th & 7th, 2019.
