All competitors planning to participate in the upcoming JRDC event for Monday April 18, 2022 MUST complete THE JMMC online license application and ASN subscription forms by Friday April 15, 2022 including uploading required passport photo with application.
The JMMC license application process is entirely online. All relevant documents may be found at http://jamaicamotorsports.com/licences/
All JMMC license applicants must also complete the JMMC Subscription Form.
Additionally, the completed and signed medical forms (Medical Self Declaration or Physical Exam Form) and proof of payment of relevant fees are to be submitted by email to jamotoringclub@gmail.com to facilitate processing and approval of your 2022 Competition Driver’s License.
No competition license application will be accepted and/or processed at the JRDC event.
For clarity license application form and ASN Subscription form are to be filled out online.
Medical forms are to be downloaded from the JMMC Web page completed and submitted via email to support the online forms submission.
