Maryland-based Antiguan Jason March and Joe Mosely have arrived in Jamaica to compete in the KenT Racing Drag Rivals 1 event at Vernamfield, Clarendon.
March and Mosely will race Honda Civics; with both cars capable of 7-second ET’s, there is great anticipation that the Jamaican Front Wheel Drive record will be reset multiple times this weekend.
Drag Rivals 1 is the first event in KenT Racing’s new Caribbean Cup drag racing championship. The three-day event begins with qualifying rounds 1 to 3 on Friday, April 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday will host Qualifying Rounds 4 to 6 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with eliminations on Sunday, April 28, beginning at 9:00 a.m.
