The JMMC has enrolled four Jamaicans in the FIA’s inaugural Regional Training Programme for Stewards.
The purpose of the FIA’s new programme is to support the growth and development of Officials at a National level, whilst preparing them for International competition.
The four enrolled are:
Rosie Jadusingh (JMMC)
Chadia Washington (TeamStreetz)
Nicholas Donald (JKA)
Chris Elliott (NDRC)
The training, which is delivered exclusively online in order to provide greater access to training via a consistent spread of webinars while allowing opportunity for topical content that is adaptable to the changing needs of the sport throughout the year, began on June 25th and will conclude on October 29th, after which each trainee will sit an exam for possible certification by the FIA.
JMMC wishes them good luck for the successful completion of the training programme.
