The Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club (JMMC) congratulates 20-year-old Jamaican driver Tommi Gore for claiming a 3rd place podium finish in Round 4 of the 2025 ADAC GT4 Germany Championship, held this past weekend at the Sachsenring Circuit in Germany.

In front of tens of thousands of spectators and with international coverage across major outlets, the Sachsenring lived up to its reputation with thrilling wheel-to-wheel action, dramatic lead changes, and late-race tension. Against this backdrop, Gore and his teammate Alon Gabbay delivered a stellar performance in their AVIA W&S Motorsport Porsche 718 Cayman GT4.

Starting Race 1 from P13, Gore showed composure in tricky, damp conditions, steadily climbing the order before handing the car to Gabbay in sixth. The duo then capitalized on late-race developments, staying sharp as the battles ahead intensified. When a post-race penalty reshuffled the front-runners, Gore and Gabbay were promoted to 3rd place overall, securing their team’s first podium of the season.

“From P13 to a podium—it was an incredible charge forward,” said Gore. “The Sachsenring is unforgiving, but we stayed disciplined, took our opportunities, and were rewarded with a result that proves how far we’ve come this season.”

Race 2 was more challenging. Despite a promising start from P8, changing track conditions and a pit stop penalty pushed the car down the order. Gore fought back valiantly to finish 10th, further underscoring his consistency in a fiercely competitive 22-car field.

Stephen Gunter, Chairman of the JMMC, praised Gore’s performance: “Tommi’s podium finish at Sachsenring is another proud moment for Jamaican motorsport. Competing against some of Europe’s best young drivers, he proved he belongs at this level. The JMMC celebrates this achievement and continues to support his journey.”

Gore now looks ahead to the next round at the Red Bull Ring in Austria, September 12–14, where he aims to build on this momentum and continue flying the Jamaican flag high on the international stage.
