NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT – ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Members are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club (JMMC), originally scheduled to be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at the S Hotel Kingston, has been postponed until further notice.
This decision has been taken in light of the nationwide disruption and recovery efforts following the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa, which made landfall as a Category 5 hurricane and has severely affected communities and infrastructure across Jamaica.
A new date for the AGM will be announced in due course, guided by the country’s recovery progress. Once determined, a formal Notice in compliance with the JMMC’s Articles of Association will be issued to advise members of the rescheduled meeting date, time, and venue.
The JMMC extends its thoughts and support to all members, volunteers, and the wider motorsport community affected by this disaster. We encourage everyone to remain safe and to assist where possible in national recovery efforts.
