The Jamaica Simulation Racing Association (JSRA) is extending a public invitation to join their Formula 4 Championship Series on iRacing, which starts June 2024. This series is in preparation for the FIA Motorsports Games in October 2024, and welcomes racers already registered from across the Caribbean, the Americas, the Ukraine and the United Kingdom.

To participate in the competition, please follow these steps:

• Join the JSRA Discord channel for communication between officials and racers: JSRA Discord Channel.
• Access all channels: Once in the JSRA Discord channel, select “show all channels” located after selecting the “JSRA” drop-down menu at the top left of your screen.
• Register for the championship: In the JSRA Discord under the “Racing Events” category, search for our F4 Championship channel “iracing-f4-series” and follow the instructions to register for the championship. Provide your team name, teammate name, full name, nationality, and driver number. If you do not have a teammate, JSRA will do their best to match you with someone else.
• Check your league invites: Within 24 hours of Discord registration, once you have been approved, check your “League” invites to be admitted into the league. If 24 hours have elapsed and no invite has been sent, please contact any of the admins in the Discord, namely Stephen Stewart (server owner) or Jayden Harrison (server admin).
• An iRacing license with F4 car is available for free from the JSRA. Please contact the JSRA for details.

The Calendar of events includes one drop race in the series, which consists of three paid tracks and three free tracks.

June 2: Round 1 – Virginia International Raceway
June 9: Round 2 – Road America
June 16: Round 3 – Sebring Raceway
June 23: Round 4 – Okayama
June 30: Round 5 – Tsukuba
July 7: Round 6 – Spa Francorchamps
Race Day Schedule (Jamaica Time, EST):

Sundays:
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Practice
2:00 PM – 2:20 PM: Qualifying
2:20 PM – 3:00 PM: 40-minute Sprint Race
NO MANDATORY PIT STOP

Practice Schedule (Jamaica Time, EST): Will be announced in the Discord channel.

There are no entry fees, and competitors can join the championship at any stage of the series.

There will be two championships in the series; a Driver Championship and a Two-person Team Championship

Starting Procedure: Standing Start
Stewarding: Post-race Stewarding by real-life Stewards

• A mandatory livery template will be posted with all required logos and number plates (Please stay up to date in Discord).
• The series will be broadcasted live with commentary on the JSRA YouTube channel, within the final 10 minutes remaining in the practice session.
