Please be advised of the folllowing changes/updates as it relates to the Raynor King Memorial Rally.
The event START and FINISH will be at the PETCOM Service Station: Dunbarr’s River – Savannalamar and NOT from Frome Factory Yard as stated in the ASR published earlier. Technical Inspection (Scrutineering) and registration will also be done from the PETCOM Service Station. Lunch halt however will be at the Frome Factory Yard. START TIME from the PETCOM Service station will be 10;00 a.m.
Persons are being asked to NOT do pacenoting until Saturday as the stage prep work will not be completed until that time. We apologise for the inconvenience however present weather condition does not allow for earlier stage preparation.
Persons who are competing in the Spot Valley Million Dollar Series are being advised that you need to make contact with the series organiser(s) should you have any queries or any other matter that may affect your team participation in this event for which you may need assistance so the necessary accomodations can be made before the day of the event.
Please be reminded deadline for entries submission is Friday August 8, 2008 at 4:30 p.m to the JMMC office. Completed entry forms can be faxed to the office at 934-1288. Late Entries will be accepted on sunday morning up to 8:00 a.m at the PETCOM Service Station, late entry will attract a penalty fee of $2,000.
