Jamaican Alex Powell has returned to International Kart racing, competing in Round 1 of the WSK Euro Series at the International Circuit Napoli in Sarno, Italy this weekend.
Making his debut for the Kart Republic team, driving in the OK-Junior class Powell qualified 2nd in his Group, then recorded 4th, 3rd, 3rd & 4th place finishes in his Heats, earning him a starting spot on the second row for Sunday’s Pre-Final.
