Members are hereby notified that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Jamaica Millennium Motoring Club (JMMC) will be held on:

Date: Saturday, November 8, 2025
Time: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Agenda:
1. Presentation of the Audited Financial Accounts
2. Reports from the current JMMC Board
3. Elections for a new JMMC Board to govern the Club for the 2026–2027 term
4. Any other business
Eligibility to Attend and Vote:
· All current paid-up members and license holders are invited and entitled to vote at the AGM.
· Persons who are not yet members but are interested in participating and voting are encouraged to enroll in membership. Application forms are available on the JMMC website at www.jamaicamotorsports.com.
Your attendance and participation are vital to the future of motorsport governance in Jamaica.
