The JMMC congratulates Jeffrey Panton and Mike Fennell Jnr, winners of the Flow King of the Hill 2018, the annual SOL Rally Barbados shakedown at the Vaucluse RaceWay (VRW) in St Thomas, Barbados.
Panton and Fennell are now three-time winners of the King of the Hill event.
