Congratulations to Jeffrey Panton and Michael Fennell Jnr for winning Rally Barbados 2018. The team has now won four Rally Barbados titles in a row, a feat never before accomplished in the long history of the event. This is also Jeffrey’s fifth win of the event, having won in 1998 with co-driver John DeMercado.
