Jamaican Alex Powell will make his Junior class debut this weekend at the 24th Trofeo Invernale “Ayrton Senna” event held at Circuito Internazionale Napoli on December 13th to 15th. The 24th Ayrton Senna Winter Trophy event honors 3-time Formula 1 World Champion Ayrton Senna.
Since winning the biggest prize in ROK Mini kart racing when he claimed the 2019 Mini ROK Champion title at the ROK Cup Superfinal in October, Alex has been intensely practicing for his move up to the Junior class with the Energy Corse racing team. Recently celebrating his 12th birthday, Alex will be among the youngest in the Junior class field. On Tuesday he released images of his new Stilo helmet design courtesy of Lucky design and revealed that he is featured in Sparco’s 2020 racing apparel catalog.
